Commercial

Commercial Energielabel (EPA-U)

Non-residential buildings — offices, retail units, warehouses — require an official EPA-U label when sold or rented. Our advisors are certified for utility building assessments and can include the label costs as a deductible item in your EIA application.

The Dutch rent points system (WWS) links the maximum legal rent of a social housing unit directly to its energy label. An incorrect label or faulty points calculation can mean under-charging or regulatory risk. We calculate your rent points accurately, ensuring your rental income is both maximised and legally compliant.

Floor Plans and Drawings

Accurate floor plans are required for property listings, building permit applications and EPA inspections. We measure your property on-site and produce professional 2D floor plans and technical drawings that meet NEN 2580 and real-estate listing standards.

All measurements are processed into a clean, accurate digital floor plan.
You review the draft and request any adjustments before final delivery.
Final drawings are delivered in PDF and, where needed, DWG or image formats.
